INPA Parketvloeren B.V. respects your privacy and ensures that the personal information you provide to us is handled confidentially. In this statement you can read which data we use and how we store, protect and process this data. This privacy policy applies to our website and the products and services we offer.

Name and address details
On our website you can fill in a contact form with the request to be contacted by us or to receive further information about our products or services. If you purchase products from us, we use your data to process your orders as quickly and easily as possible. When you place an order, we need information to be able to process your order so that we can confirm your order, keep you informed about your order and send you the invoice. For these purposes, we may request the following personal data from you: 

  • Name organisation
  • Contact person (first name, middle name and last name)
  • Address details (street name and number/PO box, zip code and location)
  • Delivery address (street name and number, zip code and city)
  • Phone number(s)
  • Email address(es)
  • VAT number
  • Bank details (bank account number/IBAN and name of account holder)

How long do we keep your data
The tax authorities require us to keep our administration with your invoice, payment and order details for 7 years. We also store your data for the handling of the warranty for a period of at least five years. This data is only kept for the purpose of providing a guarantee or refuting turnover to the tax authorities. INPA Parket does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law.

Email newsletter
We use your data to inform you by e-mail about price and range changes and to inform you about the products, services and activities of INPA Parket . If you no longer appreciate this, please let us know by sending an email. Under every newsletter we send, we also offer you the option to unsubscribe. The newsletter subscriber file will not be provided to third parties and your data will never be sold by us.

Right of access
You have the right to request your data at any time, which will be recorded and stored at INPA Parket. You can send an e-mail to or by telephone. If it appears that data about you is incorrect, you have the right to have your data corrected or deleted by us.

Our employees and third parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. Our systems are secured in such a way that unauthorized persons inside and outside our organization do not have access to your data.
